Dosage calculation worksheet: printable practice problems with an answer key

All 45 problems from the practice pages, numbered straight through, with an answer key at the end. Print it with your browser's Print command; the site's menus are left out. Each problem's worked solution, in every notation that fits it, is on its family page.

The rounding rule

Every answer on these practice pages is rounded once, at the end, under one stated rule: nearest tenth, half rounds up, except tablets and capsules, rates in milliliters per hour and drip rates in drops per minute, which go to the nearest whole number, half rounds up. Your program's rule may differ, and on an exam it is the one that counts.

Exam practice, never for patient care.
